Hi all
-I'm an ole school videographer (just read old)
-Firewire DV switching ..finally put it all together for 4 cameras then decided I needed HDV for which no devices were within range .
-now I've a bunch of hdmi camcorders and have been editing using the multicam function in edius. I do expect to pick up a bit of business if I can stream Televison quality video and vMix might just be the ticket.
-What about teradek cube? I don't see that under the capture tab.
-Have a Sony HDRFX7 via HDV firewire on the screen, mixed with a CX550v via intensity shuttle on the screen. Seems to mix although the firewire lag issue might be a stopper.
If I were to put a system together are 3 intensity pro cards the way to go?

Hi,

The recommended setup is 2 or more intensity pro cards for HDMI sources or a DeckLink Quad for SDI sources.

For the Teradek Cube, you can purchase both an Encoder and a Decoder to plug in to to an Intensity Pro or DeckLink card.
Note that the latency can be quite high and the quality is limited but it should work.

Regards,

Martin
