Hello,
I had been able to stream in HD for months, but for some reason, I am having difficulty. I have connected my Canon XA10 HD camera using a mini HDMI cord to my CAMLINK to live-stream our church service. They are connected to the 3.0 Usb port. Whenever I add the camera through "Add Input" and choose the 1920x1080p option, it says that "Capture Resolution is not supported by this device", and suggests the following "720x480 NTSC 59.94p YUY2". I have tried using a different CAMLINK, and still the same response. Any ideas?

The CAMLINK supports 1080p and 720p input, whereas the Canon XA-10 outputs 1080i, but not 1080p (pg. 50 XA-10 manual)
