Hello all,
Vmix crashed on me for the first time yesterday. It wasn't the best timing ;)
I did some research on the forum and discovered Event Viewer. There are two errors at the time of the crash.
I could use some help understanding what exactly the report is telling me.
Error 1:
Faulting application name: vMix64.exe, version: 23.0.0.58, time stamp: 0x5ef060dc
Faulting module name: mscorwks.dll, version: 2.0.50727.9151, time stamp: 0x5e75a06b
Exception code: 0xc0000005

Hi, This is a very rare error caused by some component on the system corrupting vMix memory. Could be one of the inputs, a capture device or some other cause (such as a bad VST3 plugin) If you are able replicate/cause this error consistently, please drop us an email and we can help fix it: https://www.vmix.com/contact-us.aspxRegards, Martin vMix

Thanks Hello @dobrodt, I see your error was few months ago... Do you fix this problem? HOW!!?? What was the solution to getting this fixed?
We've had multiple vmix crashes over the last few weeks, and have looked in the logs and this is the same message we seem to be having.
