Have a somewhat scary concern on my hands right now, this week we began seeing this message pop-up after the app has been running for a few hours. The entire program crashes and closes, and this message is left. Do you know what causes it, or what it means? I should mention the only change to my system since this began was the changing of the primary display monitor. I have changed the default Windows audio device now to see if this error reoccurs, as you were suspicious of that with the crashes of the DeckLink rendering engine I previously reported. To recap, my system: Core i7 4770K ASUS nVidia GTX650TI-OC-2GD5 Video Card ASRock Z87 Extreme6 Motherboard SAMSUNG 840 EVO MZ-7TE250BW 2.5" 250GB SSD G.SKILL 16GB Memory F3-1866C9D-16GXM 2x Blackmagic DeckLink Quad cards 1x Blackmagic DeckLink Mini Monitor SDI/HDMI output card Thanks for your help/consideration!

Hi,
This error is not coming from vMix, so it is likely caused by a 3rd party module that is being loaded with Windows. One of these could potentially be the graphics card driver, both NVIDIA and AMD have modules that attach themselves to every program.
Try updating the graphics card drivers and failing that run a memory diagnostic as random errors can also be caused by faulty memory.
Regards,

Oh, you jogged my memory. nVidia did just release an update for their video drivers, which I installed within the last few days. I will revert to the previous driver now.
When you say it is not coming from vMix, is this still true despite the title bar of that message referring to vMix64.exe, which would mean it is a driver injecting itself into the program as you mentioned? I know vMix errors have a completely different look.
