Hi everyone, I'm brand new to vMix and wanted to get your input.
I am wanting to get audio to the PC running vMix, but do so via Dante.
My assumption is I can use the USB out of my Behringer XR18 into a nearby PC. From there, I could use Dante to get audio to the vMix PC.
I am open to other solutions, but know that my vMix PC is in another room and it would not be feasible to have that PC next to the audio mixer.
Thanks in advance!

You can do that but at a high cost audio of delay. How (Which software) do you use to transform UsbAudio to Dante? (Most DAW or so can only handle on ASIO Device) To avoid the delay try to tap the Behringer Ultranet Audio Streams. (A AES50 Based Audio Protocol) But It is much more to DIY then the Dante solution. https://github.com/tuck1s/UltranetReceiverAlso try Waves SoundGrind (best fester SG-Connect) Allows you to insert an Physical ASIO soundcard into an Existing Waves Network. Waves is a bit Faster then Dante (DVS makes 4ms fixed plus asio plus Network per direction) Waves can do a 3ms Roundtrip. Forget the waves idea if you have existing Dante Hardware and Infrastructure. Greetings Paul

Hi Paul,
I am in the early stages of this... so I have not decided on which DAW to use. All I'm wanting to do is get the line out feed from my mixer to my vMix machine. The problem is my vMix computer is in another room.
I have not experimented with Waves... maybe it would be better.
