I just got an xBox controller for PTZ control and other shortcuts. I can not use 'Find' to make any shortcuts and the template shortcuts don't work either. Is there something I need to do to get vMix to see the controller. I was looking in windows settings and moved the joystick and the focus moved from box to box in Windows settings so there is input from the controller.

Thanks Keith

Did you import the template?

Thanks for the reply. Yes I imported the template. I also tried to use the find feature but nothing shows up. Just in case it matters I am still using the trial package. Plan to purchase the 4k version shortly.

Finally solved this. I had to have the controller plugged in before I opened vMix.

Yes, This is normal for most external controllers e.g x-keys. Good to hear you have solved your issue.
