This sounds more like a Vimeo problem. Or a VPN/Firewall issue? Is that still happening?

That still happening, Im already talking with Vimeo for a few weeks and they dont give me any solution, im going to try with a demo account to check if it is problem of my account (vimeo issue) or if im doing something wrong, im not using any VPN, im tried to deactivate all firewall, two differents networks and nothing works. The most extrange is I can broadcasting one month ago.

I've had the similar problem with Vimeo, a potential work around is to set the webcam input in Vimeo to your vMix output and connect the audio with a virtual cable. Then all you have to do is turn on the external output in vMix. Just remember that going live and ending the stream will be controlled on the Vimeo back end not vMix.

i had the same problem a few weeks ago.

My problem at the end was that in the streamsettings at the 2nd Stream, and i don´t know why,
there was Stream 1 Multi-Bitrate activated, after setting to none everything worked again.
