Hey everyone, we run a live show which relies heavily on the V-Mix video call function and generally it works ok but every so often we encounter a call in guest who simply cannot connect in.

Often times, it's related to the "Cannot connect... Check to see if UDP is blocked by your firewall" but I have no resources on how to fix that issue on the fly.

I'm sure this has been asked, but does anyone have any experience fixing that quickly and what's the best way?

Also, has anyone noticed any issues with iPhones in recent weeks? My personal iPhone simply won't connect anymore and we've had multiple guests have issues as well. In saying that, we've also had guests connect totally fine with iPhones... so I'm wondering if certain models work better than others?
