So I setup a cloud server as my home connection is not fast enough and I have an urgent event coming up. I may have a plan B but was looking at this as an option. I can get the video on the screen for other assets and sound no issues. When I setup the VCall I can connect and I get audio though I get NO video anywhere for the caller...Any insights into a setting or what may not be working?

Thank you in advance

Hi,

have you tried to disable the peer-to-peer connection in the vmix call settings?

You can also try to forward ports in your Firewall:

Hope it helps.

Thanks for the response...I removed the firewall by stopping all services. Still same result. I tried with and without the peer-to-peer no difference. The VMix studio I can stream other video sources fine. I can get audio from the call just no video? Not sure how else to troubleshoot...
