What am I doing wrong? I’d say 50% of the Call connections I make with clients and friends never work. Instead they just get a blue screen from me and a black insert instead of their cam. Mainly IOS devices such as iPhones (which most people have) and it happened last night with a performers Samsung phone. I’m on the latest version on a very high spec i9 9990 computer.

We have the same problem. In most cases, remote access is in the blue screen state; but I am lucky than you. As long as the page is refreshed a few times, plus a little extra time to wait for loading, usually these users can join normally

The number one reason for not connecting is due to using an incorrect browser. See below:
iOS
The caller must use Safari and it must be iOS 11 or higher. (Cannot use Chrome on iOS)
Android
The latest Chrome or FireFox must be used and these must be started and the password typed in manually as using the call link will likely open up a different browser on many phones which is not supported.
With the above in mind we strongly recommend using a laptop or PC instead for the best results in which case Mac or PC will work with the latest Chrome browser.
