Hello Folks, hello Vmix Team!

Today I switched on the "Allow only peer to peer connections" and "debug logging" options. The connection negotiated successfully, but the video bitrate and framerate was low.

My question is: where can I find the vmix call log files? I would like to figure out, whats happen...

Thank you!

The debug logs can only be analysed by vMix support, so you can drop us an email to investigate further.
However if you have checked the direct box and the bandwidth was low it means there was congestion somewhere between you and the caller, which unfortunately we can't do anything about, but
would advise to make sure the return video quality is set a slow as possible until you have a stable feed.

Is there a value in choosing these options? Or is it strictly for diagnosing issues afterward.

Thanks.
