When I put vMix general settings and output settings to 50p, my matrix sees it as PsF25, so the ATEM won't recognize the signal. Does anybody know if there's a solution?

we use 720p50 in vMix and ATEM, no problems
everything works fine in both directions

vMix (SDI Out from DeckLink Duo 2) to SDI ATEM Mixer
SDI out from ATEM 2ME to vMix BMD DeckLink Duo 2

which output do you use in vMix?

What manufacturer and model of SDI output card are you using? And the matrix?

I use a Ultrastudio4K, a 40x40 Videohub and a television Studio HD. I get the signal into my TVS when I set it to 25p (and vMix too). But when I put them both on 50p, it will not work. And my Matrix says it is PsF25.

Are you configuring the Vmix external renderer as in the image?

Select Ultrastudio 4K as the output device.
Also check that you are using suitable 3G-SDI cables.
Another test I would perform is to directly connect the Ultrastudio output to the Atem directly to the matrix through SDI or to a monitor simultaneously through HDMI to verify that the resolution is correct. And try other formats like 25p, 30p, 50i, 60i and 60p to see if Ultrastudio's configuration changes work correctly from Vmix.
If you can send an image of how the system is connected and configured, it would be of more help to solve the problem.
