latest vmix can't set correct GOP and frame rate for WOWZA

Hello I'm trying the latest vmix to stream to some server and with wowza i can't get the GOP of 60 and 30fps. Where to set this?? The impossibility to set gops and rtmp frame rate stream with server without encoders create a lot of problems.. with playback stop. With obs i can reach the correct settings for wowza. The GOP matches if I understand correct. The frame rate depends on your project setting buttom left corner of vMix. You need to set 1080p30 or higher/lower resolutions. You can't specify the frame rate on a per stream basis.

I'm working with movies at 24fps. Now I'm using OBS with stream at 60 gop and 30fps grabbing the vmix program with ndi plugin on OBS.
I can work with vmix at 30fps playing videos at different frame rate?
