This controller is an OEM Custom build from JL Cooper, which uses the Sony 9-pin RS-422 Serial Control Protocols (broadcast), which at this point in time is not compatible with vMix. Leitch, Grass Valley and other broadcast equipment manufacturers have often used the JL Cooper OEM custom control interfaces for their specific application software and hardware. Shoot me an email. Mart@streaming.eeI'd like to TeamViewer into your PC and see, maybe I could convert the RS232 to something vMix friendly with couple of scripts.

This USB cable is just Serial-to USB converter. When you plug it you get COM-port in Device manager. The only way to make it friends with vMix is to write you own software as i did.
