Using vMIX 12.0.0.120 x64 in combination with a Declink Quad (SDI). One of the input's of the Declink Quad is connected to another server wich uses a Blackmagic Decklink HD extreme 3d+ for it's output. All is set to PAL 50i/25P 720*576.
Everything was running fine for say two weeks, but since a few days the input sometimes turns black. Sometimes after an hour, but this could be 24 hours also.... Stopping vMIX and restarting it solves the issue... There are no error messages... What could this be? Alle wiring is 50 ohm coax BNC connected.
Kind regards, and thanks for any help,
Marcel

Marcel 6 weeks later: no response, so we had to decide not to use vMIX anymore. We can't have this instable behaviour showing black screens. Pitty for our invested money i guess? Or will there be a solution? Marcel

Hi Marcel, The best approach for prompt support is to contact us directly. http://www.vmix.com.au/about.aspxCould you please provide the following additional information to help us resolve the issue: 1. Full system specs including motherboard, CPU, graphics card and Windows version. Sometimes the blank screen issue is a driver issue caused by a motherboard incompatibility with the decklink cards. 2. Check your Documents -> vMixStorage folder for any error logs that coincide with the blank input. 3. Can you confirm where in your setup the input is black, is it within the decklink quad or the HD extreme? Regards, Martin vMix
