Good day. I have server with Magewell Pro Capture, as a software to get NDI from SDI I'm using vMix(runs 24/7). After several days of work, vMix uses almost hundred percent of the memory (total in the 64GB system) After rebooting application RAM goes down and after everything repeats.
Is it vMix problem or NDI protocol? What can you suggest in this situation?

Best to send a support report from vMix from Settings -> About and clicking Send Support Report when the memory usage is high then dropping us an email to info@vmix.com.au with the license key from the machine. This will allow us to see what is causing the high memory usage. Before doing that though, make sure vMix is up to date with the latest version so you have the latest NDI version in use. Regards, Martin vMix

What can you suggest in this situation? Have you thought about using different software for the NDI conversion, like NewTek's Connect or Magewell's NDI Bridge? If the same thing happens then it's probably not vMix causing it. It could be something in the NDI libraries, or even in the Pro Capture driver? The more different things you try, the more it helps with a diagnosis.
