Dropped frames in external rendering

Hi, (sorry for my English)
I have a problem with external rendering with my DeckLink Mini Monitor.
In the External information window I get this info:"Dropped Frames Due to hard disc/CPU - 78904032" (etc. still growing), "Jitter - -40"
I don't know what's up, please for help.
This is my system:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Procesor: AMD A10-5800 APU with Rodeon HD Graphics 3.80 GHz
Ram: 12 GB DDR3
Grapphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti
HD: Samsung 500 GB for system & video :(
External renderer: Black Magic Deck Link Mini Monitor (via HDMI signal goes to DATAVIDEO NVS-20 Encoder & Streaming Server)

it looks like either your CPU, either you hard disc isn't up to the task... I think the processor is OK, so the problem might be your disc

Dear Adam
Your CPU is a quad core, and if you are using a add on grafic card (as I see in your message) he can do the job if you are not stressing the Computer with other task.
So monitor your unit for hardware and cpu usage without using vmix at all, and see if you did have a low level of cpu usage or not.
Your HDD, if it's a new one cannot be the issue, only if something are continuosly call it for great data exchange. In that case, upgrade for a SSD one.
I will advice you to use your unit for production with vmix only without using it for other process, if you use your computer for other things also
Are you streaming in SD or HD, try SD to see if the same issue occur

Hi,
Your specs seem more than capable of sending the external output.
My guess is the frame rate you have set for External Output is different to the frame rate in the Display tab of vMix settings.
These both need to match in order for there not to be any dropped frames.
Also, check the following:
1. Render Time at the bottom of vMix, if this is above 20ms then the graphics card is unable to keep up.
2. Check the audio device in vMix Settings -> External Output if used is set to Decklink Audio Render.
3. In the control panel -> hardware and sound, make sure the output is not set to a decklink device as this will interfere.

Thanks for All the answers. I bought a new 1TB Hard Disc for video (WD - 7200pm - 64 MB). The problem still is. Now, "dropped frames" begins after 1-2 hours of work vmix, before this time all is well.
I did everything you said Martin.
At the bottom I see this info: EX Fps: 25 Render Time: 7 ~ 21ms (more is under 20) CPU: 17 ~ 21%
