I have an .HTML file with more than 200 people, the VMIX takes more than three minutes to load that file, as they are runners and they reach the goal I need it to be updated every 20 seconds, but it will take another 3-5 minutes because it Vmix weighs that database so much and how to fix it?

Hi,

How are you loading the file into vMix?
Note that Data Sources does not support HTML.

Maybe.... if you give more information

Is it with this file only or all files?
How big is the file?
Already asked: care to share part or all of the file ? (so others can check)
What license ?

What ever that might help to find out

We had a problem with XLS / XLSM files loading slowly and causing the GUI to hang. In our case it was vMix Data Source loading every single column in the spreadsheet - even empty ones. It turned out that any kind of formatting applied to a cell (like text alignment, word wrap, etc.) had caused vMix to treat it as having data in it even if the cell was empty.

Not sure what source you're using, but once it loads into vMix, check to see if there are a ton of empty rows and/or columns that it's processing.
