Are you using any of the new features? Are your settings or presets different between versions?

I would suggest sending a support report and dropping us an email.

We will send a support report via email. Yes we're using the multiple audio buses, all of them. As well as all the calls for the pro version. Each with an out of state call in all on their own bus. So maybe something there. We'll email and get it figured out. Thanks again!

Per the documentation:
"When using HEVC on Windows 10, the "HEVC Video Extensions" from the Microsoft Store is required to be installed."

In GT Designer 2.0.0.23 font shrink when mid level selected. Upper & lower level were okay ("shrink" mode in text box resizing). All were okay in previous version of GT Designer.

So looks like all the owners of vMix HD v22 will loose a very important feature if they decide to switch to vMix HD v23 is the ability to send the mix to external outputs?

Can you clarify what you are referring to? This is most definitely still in 23 and has not changed from 22?

Hi,

Can you describe step by step on how to replicate this as I am not seeing any issues.

Thanks,

This is actually a fix in 23, as the shrinking in 22 did not take into account certain fonts which would get cut off in some cases.
So the new sizing is now more accurate.

EDIT: I think this can be improved a bit in the next update, but still not exactly the same as 22 due to the improvements noted above.

Hi. This video maybe it will help you. Look at the Text, level of text and the GT version. The Text are much smaller in the GT .23 then .18. If you use small vertical height, the difference is considerable.

Custom RTMP streams that are interlace seem to have lines on the output with ver 23. I was using 1080 59.94i and notice it

Are there API commands for the new "mix" input by chance yet?

I see here https://www.vmix.com/help23/index.htm?Mix.html

a reference to it, but could we get an example? i.e.

http://127.0.0.1:8088/api/?Function=Fade&Duration=1000

Thanks a lot!

Streaming providers do not support interlaced, so turn that off in Settings -> External Output by ticking "Use Streaming Settings"

@stevespaw

The API commands for "Mix" inputs:

http://127.0.0.1:8088/api/?Function=Fade&Duration=1000&Mix=0 (vMIx Main)
http://127.0.0.1:8088/api/?Function=Fade&Duration=1000&Mix=1 (Mix 2)
http://127.0.0.1:8088/api/?Function=Fade&Duration=1000&Mix=2 (Mix 3)
http://127.0.0.1:8088/api/?Function=Fade&Duration=1000&Mix=3 (Mix 4)

The Mix index in the API starts at "0" which is a little different than in the shortcut settings (Mix1-4).

I just purchased vMix HD few month ago based on the features that were listed in this comparison chart:

https://www.vmix.com/purchase/

But now when v23 came out this chart got updated and removed option "Two External Outputs" from HD version.
