Free solution is nginx-rtmp. But latency will be 3+ seconds. // reasons explained here : https://medium.com/garan...her-servers-f720f36fab16 About LarixBroadcaster: yes, rtmpminiserver works with it. About cost: you can split it to 12payments per 49usd and get permanent license.
