Vmix incompatibility with easycap chip SMI Grabber Device

Good afternoon, is to buy a easycap capture, turns out I do not work all that well in Vmix.
I only capture audio without video. I read a bit and I found that there seems incompatible with that come with chip SMI Grabber Device.
there any way to solve this error? . appreciate the help they can lend.

Do you have installed the drivers correctly? I have Easycap. and it works well in vMix.

This is often because the drivers are not written for the later o/s versions. If you bought your grabber online (cheaply) you will need to do a net search for drivers that will work with win7 32/64bit. They may not have come with your device.

I actually had an issue with these.
There are two causes from what I notice in my debug process.
One is that most motherboards can only run one smi grabber at a time. I'm guessing it has something to do with the usb having limited read /write speed across all ports
Two is using usb 3 instead of usb 2 well cause issues. Big issues. From no input to speed frames.
