Webcam set up - Akaso EK7000

Hi all
i purchased an Akaso Ek7000 action camera from Amazon and it works well as a webcam (tested using numerous applications)
however i cannot get it to work with vMix as a camera input. It shows the name of the device as "iCatchtek SPCA6350" but when i click ok to add the input i get an error saying:
AddNewInput.INPUT_CAPTURE
The filter graph is circular.
not sure whats going on. any help?

How are you connecting the camera to your computer?

It is connected via USB  Vmix.png (126kb) downloaded 3 time(s).
