that is not for MS MPEG-2 Encoder!!! this is what MS MPEG-2 Encoder can do http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd390680%28v=vs.85%29.aspx
so I think vMix should be able to use 3rd party MPEG-2 encoders :)

use CINEFORM HD codec
http://gopro.com/software-app/gopro-studio-edit-software
it´s free, has very good quality, 422... 8 and 10 bit
