Hi

i figure the MPEG-TS recording is based on MS DirectShow, if it is can we have the option to use 4:2:2 recording?

It may enhance overall chroma and reduce banding!

that is not for MS MPEG-2 Encoder!!!
this is what MS MPEG-2 Encoder can do http://msdn.microsoft.co...390680%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

so I think vMix should be able to use 3rd party MPEG-2 encoders :)

it´s free, has very good quality, 422... 8 and 10 bit
