Hi I’d love a way to pre program camera cuts to a music track by cue points or using smpte timecode . It would be great for formatting shows and doing detailed work for music acts cut to the beat .
Is any body else interested in this kind of functionality ?
Imagine also if your camera operators could see the shot list on the tally and hear a preprogrammed audio cue . "Coming to camera 2" etc

in theory, you could just use a DAW like reaper playing the audio or slaved to external timecode and send MIdi notes to Vmix from a MIDI track , you could use a midi controller patched threw your daw to program and record the midi track

cheers

That’s a good solution Henry for programmed camera cuts for sure, thanks. . I already use cubase to send smpte to lighting software so I can hopefully just send the midi back to Vmix as well .
