vMix call not working, app.rtc is fine

Hi, we have an issue to join an external person via vMix Call, other external participants work fine (all using Google Chrome with plenty of internet bandwidth). For that specific external person app.rtc works fine, but not vMix Call. Errors attached. She can only see her own video, no vMix output, chat also not working. Call Manager nevers shows her as connected/green. How to investigate that issue? Firewall/Provider should be fine at her site, else app.rtc wouldnt work, or? After investigation with the support, it seems that the client uses a broadband connection, which is not suitable for the default return channel of 720p. We will try to reduce the return channel bandwidth and see if that helps.
