Hey guys,

I´ve just purchased your HD full version and I am having some problems with the sound.
I load the files into the program, save the session but when I restart the program and load the session, some of the sounds are not activated... This is really frustrating and I am wondering if Im doing something wrong or if this is a flaw in the program.

I would really appreciate if you could help me out here. I have a gig on Tuesday!!!!!!

Looking forward to hearing from you.

All the best,

Ñu Teatro

Could you describe in as much details as possible what inputs you are loading and which ones do not have the sound?
Have you checked in the vMix audio mixer to make sure they have been turned on?

We are using .wav and .aiff files for sound. Yes, we make sure the audio is turned on. The problem is that the program seems to turn the audio setting off randomly. For example, we examine an .aiff file and turn it on before closing the preset. We reopen the preset and the audio is on. We keep the audio on and close the preset. We reopen the preset again and now the audio has turned off. What this produces is a insecurity. We are never sure if the preset will have the audio on or off.

In the Input Settings turn off "Automatic audio mixing"
that way if you turn the audio on, it will stay on even if it is not active.

Thank you. We'v turned the "Automatic Mix Audio" on individual audio inputs and the presets are working.
Is there a way though of doing this generally so that it affects all audio inputs?

Yes, have a look at the Auto tab in the main vMix Settings
