Hi,
I want to use my Vmix for my live tv channels 24/7, MCR(Multi Control Room). I want to set up with 2 system. 1 for the live 24/7 and one more pc for standby incase the 1st system failure. How can i do the switching or swap my backup system. Sorry for my bad English.

He's right, vMix is not designed for this use, so use at your own risk. that being said, theres lots of ways to switch the system over, if you're streaming, utilize the backup stream key provided by facebook and youtube. If not streaming and delivering this over SDI, AJA makes a product that can automatically switch over if it detects no video on one input. A simple patch field or BNC Jack field can do this manually. Lots of options, just depends on budget and how automated you want it to be.

but again, vMix is not designed for this so you use at your own risk.

I have installed several systems using vMix in a "Master Control" Operation. I don't know what these responders are talking about. I also have several systems running 24/7 "exhibit" displays.
