Were using multiple plugins for one of our clients https://www.twitch.tv/encounterroleplay) Oneknob louder and PSE on every Vcall and Ozone 8 on our master. Before this Ive used Scheps omni channel, CLA2 and mastering plugins from waves. Some versions ago we had a memory leak issue which has since been solved resulting in almost a year of daily stable streaming. The main thing to consider is latency compensation. Most plugins are near-zero latency, but some have more. The ozone does 300ms in our settings. You can compensate audio being late in the External Output settings -> Audio delay. This one you can put a negative number as well.
