Hello. Looking forward to trying out your software for our broadcast studio.

Whenever I attempt to sign up for the 60 day trial I receive this error:

UserPostedImage

I've tried with the lastest vMix 11 and the available vMix 10. Same error.
I've also attempted to launch the software using "Run as Administrator" to no avail.

Please advise.

I have now tried it on multiple machines (all windows 7) on our network.

I'm thinking it could have something to do with permissions, but I'm not even sure what to ask our sysadmin based off of the vague error I'm receiving.

Hi,

This error indicates there is some network restrictions in place on your network preventing vMix from contacting our web site.
Your network administrator will need to whitelist "www.vmix.com.au"
