This is one I have no idea where to even start looking, but tested this to Youtube, private Ustream account, and facebook. My audio is my program/output audio mix, but the video is showing Bars (I don't even have bars as an input on this preset) The stream starts and stops on the youtube/Ustream interface when I start/stop the stream in vMix, but I only see bars.

Isn't this a feature some have requested? stream a different source? How did I even do that???

Go to Settings
Select OUTPUTS/NDI tab
Make sure OUTPUT is selected for OUTPUT1 (I think you might have an "empty" input selected here)

OR

Go to Settings
Click the DEFAULT button in the bottom left corner to reset all settings to Default
