Hello

We are running vmix 11.0.0.63 trial in Bootcamp Mac Book Pro (late 2013) with windows 8.1 Pro. We consider to instal Vmix in new mac pro and this is testing setup. Working fine with thunderbolt capture cards and playback and videodelay, but...

When we add input to be "Title" or "Virtual Set" Vmix resize the Vmix UI window to be smaller in desktop and moves the external output window from second monitor to desktop also. If we try to resize the UI window to full screen again, font sizes will be weird and UI messed up.

Anybody found something similar? .Net Framework Problem? Vmix Installad (or Win 8.1) .Net 3.5 during software installation. 3.5 SP1 is not available for Win 8.1.

Can you provide a screenshot so I can better understand what you are describing?

I just sent an email with screen captures into your info email address. Don't know how to attach here. Can you get them from there?

Setup is:

Mac Book Pro 15"
2,3 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 16Gt
Nividia Geforce GT 750M 2Gt

Windows 8.1 pro
BootCamp

Problem occurs also when thunderbolt capture cards are not connected

This is starting situation:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/sm0uro9h3a7xxml/1Before.jpg

This happens after clicking ok when selecting input title (or virtual set or colorbars or picture). Vmix automatically changes the desktop setup. Output preview from secondary monitor jumps to primary monitor and vmix controlpanel (user interface) gets smaller.

And if we click the user interface back to fullscreen mode result is this.

Thanks,

Could you go to start menu type in dxdiag and press enter.
In the main window of dx diag click "save all information" and send us the text file.

Martin

In the control panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Display
change the scaling to 125% or lower.

vMix does not currently supported 150% or higher scaling.
