Hi everyone,

I have a odd problem with our vMix setup. We've figured out our audio delay for our microphones, and we changed the delay in the "Audio" section of Settings.

But if we during a stream cut to a preproduced video, the audio on that video suddenly is way out of sync. And there doesn't seem to be a option to individually change the audio delay for that specific video.

Is there a way around this issue? And is there a good way to test for audio delay (other then clapping in front of a camera?)

Methinks you have adjusted the wrong settings...
Each Audio Input in vMix can have it's Audio delay set individually:
vMix Audio Mixer ===> cog wheel of Input ===> Audio delay Slider
By the sound of it, you have adjusted the MASTER Audio Settings in vMix:
Settings ===> Audio ===> Default Input Audio Delay
This will affect all Inputs in vMix.
I would suggest setting this back to 0 and adjusting your Microphone delay in the vMix Audio Mixer instead.

Thanks, will look into that.

Will those settings also ripple down to the recorded version of a show, or is there a seperate setting for the recorded version?
