I'm trying to configure vmix for external output with declkink equipment
but I encounter an error.
selected video format is not supported by this device: bmdmodpal access denied
(Exception HRESULT : 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
NEED HELP

need more info. Project settings, resolution you're trying to set up, more details on your setup.

Under External, try to select a different resolution and/or frame rate.

It has to match what the actual card can do. Check the website out and pick your card to view its' specs:

For example, the Duo 2 can do the following:
