My first and easiest thought is to have elements you want on a secondary attached monitor then running the screen capture utility locally grab the number two monitor. This monitor will need to be high enough resolutions for all to look good. with elements separate and sized to maximized quality create virtual copies of the original captured module then crop, position and zoom to fit. These can be assembled in multiple ways depending on your needs.
