Computers
Asus ROG with i7 1050ti 4g, 16GB ram, Win 10 (running vmix)
HP Laptop just general laptop nothing special with Win 10 (running powerpoint and NDI desktop capture)

PTZ optics camera

All connected by ethernet to one 4 port router (no internet, just LAN)

Ok the issue

If there is mouse input or screen changes on the NDI desktop input it causes glitches on the camera streaming input.

Any tips??

Tried three
Netgear WNR2000v3
Belkin FD59231-4v1
Netgear WGR614v7

Was thinking that might be the issue too

What type of router is best?

Don't know about the Belkin, but the two Netgear routers appear to be 100/10 not gigabit.

A NDI video source will use 100-120 Mbps of bandwidth. If you're on a 100/10 switch or router, it will overload immediately.

Try a Gigabit router or switch.

If the model number on the Belkin is actually F5D9231-4, then it's a 10/100 also, not a Gigabit.

Don't waste the money. All you need is a gigabit switch to use downstream of the router. Those are dirt cheap.
