First, turn off the synchronise output setting, it is only for XP and has no effect on recordings. Second, are you able to upload a short clip to demonstrate the issue?
Also, keep an eye on the dropped frames counter, it may indicate an issue with the graphics card or cpu.

Martin vMix problem solved. problem from frmerate. addinput file frame 25, but file property show 50 frame. i will restart vmix. i try again now is ok. thanku
