Hi

I have the issue with vMix - when i click left mouse button on the settings button, vmix freezes and crash. I've installed newest dot net and reinstalled vmix (10 and 11 version) and i still have same issue. Please advise something.

Hi,

It's likely there is a bad codec installed on your system that is crashing vMix.
To track it down, go the details of the crash error message and it should reveal a dll as the cause.

You can also find out the error by trying the following:

1. Go to start menu type Event Viewer and press enter
2. Open up Windows Logs section in left hand column and then go to Application
3. Find the Application Error entry in the list that mentions vMix and post the contents here.

Is it a freeze or a crash that occurs?
If it is a freeze you will need to go through your installed programs and uninstall any codecs to see if that helps.

Can you also confirm windows version, cpu and graphics card?
