The Dell Inspiron 15 inch 7577 gaming laptop does have Thunderbolt 3. A company I'm working with just bought one. For their budget, I think it will work well and has some flexibility with Thunderbolt. I recommended a Sonnet Echo Express and Magewell capture card to compliment the buy. The Acer does not seem to have Thunderbolt, only USB 3.1. I've never owned an Acer, so wouldn't be my first choice. If you don't like Dell, take a look at MSI, ASUS or perhaps a HP ZBook.
