Hello,
I am new to the Vmix and I want to make a Videocall of 2 points. The transmitter has to make a presentation with powerpoint and does not have the Vmix software.
Can it be done without software?

Maybe...there's a browser extension for Chrome called Reflect. It lets a user put their webcam into a window on theier desktop. That way if they share the desktop their image is included as well. https://www.mgraves.org/...with-reflect-for-chrome/You could get the presenters Powerpoint deck and present it from your vMix system. You'd need to control the slide playback, but you could send them a return feed so knew were they were. You may be able to have them establish two vMix Call connections; one from Firefox and the other from Chrome. That way one could be the webcam and another the shared presentation. All of these things require some effort/coordination/skill/practice.

Try NDI Scan Converter from Newtek. Its part of the free NDI tools and there is a portable version that can be run from a USB stick.

NDI Scan Convertor will not do this. On a Windows PC you could use the Logitech Capture application. It allows you have two sources; a webcam and desktop screen capture. You can create a composite shot that gets passed to vMix call as a virtual webcam. If your guest is not very technical you might have to help them get this setup. I'd use TeamViewer for that.
