Yuan card artifacts does encoding with crazy bitrates

Hello people, I have a Yuan card (the variant with DVI-I + SDI inputs) and I still can't figure out why sometimes there are video artifacts that makes the card encode with crazy bitrates (33000 to 94000 kb/s)? I'm capturing at 1920x1080. With driver 1.1.0.170_64bit and Codecs 1.1.0.170 I was getting a file size of 731 MB per minute. The video source was a laptop connected over HDMI and although it is a digital signal, it has artifacts all over the picture that are probably causing the bitrate increase. This "noise" is very noticeable on the scroll bars: I have a few other machines with the same card and driver version and it doesn't happen on all. Now I have upgraded to driver 1.1.0.174_64bit and Codecs 1.1.0.174 and it is gone. I'm using the same machine, the same laptop and cable, and it captures normally at an average 2940 kb/s bitrate (11 MB per minute). The only difference I can find on the videos besides the bitrate, is that the video with artifacts is captured at 57,97 to 58,77 fps and the later video show static 60 fps. File Attachment(s): Screenshot.png (2,752kb) downloaded 1 time(s).ARPcPro attached the following image(s): Screenshot zoomed.PNG (478kb) downloaded 0 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments.
