Hi, I recently updated V-Mix to 20.0.0.42 from the previous version. Previously I was running my GH4 4K through the epiphan video AV.IO 4K with great results. My setup hasn't changed or the camera settings. All that has changed is, the updated to V-Mix. Is this video capture hardware still supported? I get the following error when setting up the camera: Quote:AddNewinput Capture Device is Not Suported. Device Reported the following; Capture Thanks oakwood99 attached the following image(s): IMG_5454.JPG (96kb) downloaded 2 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register.

Hi,
I can confirm no capture changes have been made in the latest vMix update. The error indicates the AV.IO 4K is not accepting connections for some reason, try loading it into something like VLC to see if there isn't an issue with the device.
Also try a different USB port if possible.
Regards,

Did this get figured out! I was thinking of getting the exact same dongle.
Thank you very much.
