The BMD Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 has not proven itself to be reliable and does not make the list of Supported Capture Devices (only the Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt). You may be lucky and have it function fine for you, but it is not a supported device for use with vMix vMixGreg

I've pretty much given up on using my Intensity Shuttle USB... way way to tempermental.
