I´d really like to be able to playout the content of the replay system to a separate (physical) output... I could´t find a way to do so... but maybe I overlooked something?

Just set the second external output to the input number of your replay input.

hmmm... I´m already using the 2nd output to record a certain camera...

So I would have to change my request to "more outputs" :-)
But this is already a request! But thanks for your help, didn´t see that I could do that...

Could I set the replay output to one of the NDI Outputs and record this on another computer, maybe?
(Is it possible to record an NDI stream with, let´s say the capture function of Premiere Pro?)

No, not in Premiere, but it is possible via NewTek's NDI IsoCorder app.

There's the 2nd fullscreen output, not sure if it supports audio, if not put the camera on it
and use Ext2 for the replays.
