The real-time buffer error means that your stream is struggling to keep up. And therefore dropping frames. See the below knowledge base article which helps to diagnose the cause:
http://www.vmix.com/know...mes-show-orange-or-amber

The two most common causes:
1) Streaming at a bitrate too high for your internet upload speed. You can check your upload speed by doing a speedtest:
http://www.speedtest.net/
As a general rule, the Streaming Quality bitrate should be a value less than 80% of the Upload speeds available for the best results. (For example 1.6Mbps on a 2Mbps connection). If you are streaming at a bitrate higher than your upload speed, then it will not work properly.

2) Overloaded or underpowered CPU. A good way to check is by looking at the statistics at the bottom left corner of vMix while streaming to check if it is peaking.

Hi StamperPlus,

Did you figure out what the problem was? We're experiencing the same problem, only with Facebook Live.

Internetspeed is fine and the CPU is managing.

Cheers,

Mike

Additional information on underatanding and interpreting the streaming logs can be found in this vMix Knowledge Base article:
