So I did all those changes as recommended supported error. The C615 is working. I did a change for C920 but it takes so long to come up.
is there a vMix for 32 bit?

I think I have fixed it. We will see how long this will last. I unconnect and reconnect into another port.

I sounds as if you had both webcams on the same USB 3.0 buss. However, switching to a different port may have fixed the problem.

I only have the trial version.

I realize this was an old post....yet..... How were you able to resolve this issue? I have the 60-day (full function, 1920x1080) software, and, I can not connect the Logitech C920 as an input. Tried many steps and get different errors. Any insights would be appreciated! Thank you!

The C920 should be detected by windows automatically. Just plug it into a free USB port. In vMix press add input at the bottom left. Go to the camera section. Select the C920 from the drop down. Enjoy.

Select the C920 from the drop down. Enjoy. Thank you for such a prompt response, much appreciated! I was able to get it working using the 1920x1080 H264 Low Latency with a 30p frame rate. In addition, had to disable the mic on the camera so I could use the Yeti mic/headset. Not sure why the C920 and Elagato sound capture still show up in the Audio Mixer section since these were not added. I had only added an input for the Yeti. How does "toggle automatic audio mixing" work? Again, thank you!
