In trying to use the Blackmagic ATEM switch for the camera input into Vmix, I get the above error message. See more detail in the screenshot image link below. We currently record videos using Blackmagic Media Express with the ATEM switch and H264 Pro Recorder connected to this Windows 7 PC that I'm running vMix now, so I have to believe the issue is within vMix. Can you please advise what I can try to get this to work? Thanks. puruzio attached the following image(s): Capturevmix error.PNG (48kb) downloaded 31 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register.

Atem 1 accepts and sends only interlaced signals.

As I said above, ATEM switcher is connected to this PC via H264 Recorder. However, for some reason, H264 won't show up in the list of input devices along with ATEM switcher? The only other thing in the list is called "sample input" Any idea why? Someone had told me H264 would work with VMix.

59.94i did the trick. I can record the video from the switcher now.
It doesn't seem to record the audio, though. Can you see how it might happen?
I didn't disable any audio options under the Record setting in vMix.
