i need to create a rtsp server as the normal ip camera, the streaming hosting need a rtsp stream by HTTP/RTSP.
how i can create this?

Another solution is to use a streaming server in the cloud which can do the RTMP to RTSP protocol switch, like Wowza for example

It's quite strange as RTMP is the most common protocol for ingest on streaming platforms even for 24/7 broadcast.

RTMP is a "push" protocol: you push your feed to the server for delivery
RTSP is a "pull" protocol: the server needs to access your RTSP device to request the feed

That's why RTSP is most commonly used for inputs and RTMP for output.

It seems that this provider is specialized in single IP cameras or webcams ingestion, like security cameras for example. It doesn't seem to be a good choice when working with vMix, because you are most likely to need to pay extra somewhere for RTMP 2 RTSP conversion, unless you do it yourself with VLC or FFMPEG as I suggested before.

Apart from this, I am not aware of a potential free server/service that you could use for this.

Maybe some other guys have an alternate solution?

yes good service, but they have a problem with contacts, i will contact by social. you know other cheap service?

Excuse this long time, but i was busy for work and study.
yes the camera streaming it's public for everybody, i mean that the people can watch stream without limitation.
i think that for me it's possible use youtube too, but there i get problems about delay (minuts).
my upload bitrate it's about 1mb and in control panel settings i selected 480p.

vmix streaming settings is:
input size 854*480
frame r:29,97

settings FMLE quality:
bitrate 1000
encode size 854*480, audio 96
profile: baseline
level: 3.1
keyframe: 2 seconds
auto adjust: none
audio: acc, master

i use a yuan streambox for this. you output from vmix and the streambox will take the sognal in by sdi or hdmi or whatever you output to and then you can choose the protocol, rtmp rtsp etc etc. woth a vlc client you can the pickup the stream.

i hook it up to a wifi i take along and people on the same network can pick it up. i can also use it to stream to whatever, but vmix can do that internally.

this thing is small, sturdy and not expensive. i have it in my gear all the time, so i can set up a local stream in a snap.

maybe this is what you can use? there are a number of software sollutions but they cost something as well and you have to run it on something. i don t like to have other programs running on my vmix machine, so i opt for seperate machines to do the trick.

yoan sc600 or something, i ll look it up if you are interested.
