System wide pause when scrolling vMix

When I have enough video windows to be able to scroll my computer pauses. The mouse pointer continues to respond, live video in vMix continue to move as normal, but no matter where I click, vMix or another program running on any of the three other monitors, doesn't react. I can't scroll in vMix, etc... I just have to wait for the system to start responding again.
It just dawned on me that I haven't tried keyboard input to see if it's a mouse only thing or not.
Hopefully someone has already run across this issue and can point me in the right direction.

Hi!
Your computer might not be powerful enough to handle so many inputs.
Can you give your computer specs, especially the CPU and the graphic card you're using?

Confirmed that the keyboard doesn't provide input as well.
Made sure the GTX560TI was selected.
EX FPS:30 Render Time 3 ms CPU: 9%
It does seem to go up a bit during the scroll and the input lag, but we're talking 1% change.

Open settings, go to performance, click show advanced settings and confirm. Now untick the checkbox "Enable Flipex on previews".
Click OK and try if it resolves the problem.
If it does, you are not done. Flipex is a huge performance improvement so you want it enabled. If so, I would contact Martin by mail if I were you.
Go to Settings-About and click "Send Support Report" After you did that, you email Martin at the email address that is on the vMix website, and also send him your vMix key. With that he can locate your support request and get all your system specs and other things relevant that are sent with a support request.
