Hi all

It would be good to be able to add an audio and/or visual Timecode for multi cam editing

Currently, to synchronize my lighting to a Timecode script in Onyx, I have to use one channel of my video's audio for mono sound, and the other for embedding LTC (Meaning stereo is sacrificed).
Sure, I could use a trigger to start a .wav at the same time as the video is started, but this makes it difficult to scrub around while programming the lighting cues, as I can't pause and rewind the video without losing sync.

It would be nice if you could set a time offset on video playback, then vMix just plays it through a common sound device based on the offset of the scrubber.

+1 for timecode (add external generated timecode in VMIX recordings, also for the multicorder).
Edited : *add timecode in the metadata, this allows editors to automatically match recordings (vmix, audio, internal camera recordings etc) based on timecode.

+1 Totally agree Roeland.

Apparently not that hard to add the feature.

+1 for timecode, especially working in theatrical environments, timecode synchronisation is important.

We do a lot of multicorder recordings now and this would be of great use to us to streamline our editing experience.

Even just having a 3rd LTC track embedded in the recordings would be fine.

As it is we can get pretty close just drag/dropping the folder in but sometimes there are still sync problems, or one recording out of 7 just appearing completely out.

The other feature would be if LTC could be used as a trigger in vmix, that way switching inputs or presentations could be more automated.
